Erica Shoaf

Erica is a 2010 graduate of the University of Arizona, where she completed a Juris Doctorate degree with a Certificate in International Trade and Business Law, and a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies. She is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish and has lived and studied in Brazil, Mexico, and Spain.  Erica graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish.

During law school, Erica was a member of the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law. She also completed two internships during her legal studies – one at the National Law Center for Inter-American Free Trade, and another for an Immigration Judge at the Executive Office for Immigration Review in Tucson.

Prior to law school, Erica graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish.

Erica’s areas of practice include insurance defense, real estate litigation, and commercial litigation.
