Jonathan Dessaules

Jonathan is a licensed attorney with nearly fifteen years of litigation experience, practicing primarily in the areas of real estate, employment, commercial disputes, and insurance defense and bad faith in all state and federal courts in Arizona. Jonathan holds active licenses in Arizona and California and represents clients in civil and commercial matters throughout both states at both the trial and appellate level. 

Douglas C. Wigley

Douglas is a 2009 graduate of the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. Prior to law school, Douglas worked as an accounting consultant. He graduated cum laude from Arizona State University in 1999 with a Bachelors of Science in accounting.

Erica Shoaf

Erica is a 2010 graduate of the University of Arizona, where she completed a Juris Doctorate degree with a Certificate in International Trade and Business Law, and a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies. She is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish and has lived and studied in Brazil, Mexico, and Spain.  Erica graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish.

Rachel Weiss Maron

Rachel is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and has practiced employment law and litigation in Arizona for more than ten years. She specializes in advising clients regarding compliance with Federal and State employment laws, representing clients in EEOC investigations and Department of Labor audits, and developing policies and practices that promote a positive, productive work environment.  She has served on the editorial board of the Arizona Employment Law Handbook and frequently presents seminars to human resources professionals and business owners.

Molly Haas

Molly joined Dessaules Law Group in February 2012 to pursue a career in litigation. She is a graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University where she completed a Juris Doctor degree in 2012. Upon graduation, Molly was named a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar and honored with Highest Pro Bono Distinction.

Joseph Parker

Mr. Parker practices tax and business law, with an emphasis on federal taxation of businesses and individuals, entity selection and formation, real estate tax planning, drafting and negotiation of join venture agreements, and the purchase and sale of businesses.
